Weekly Service

Weekly pool service, one all-in monthly price

The same day every week, a local technician brushes, skims, balances and checks the equipment. Every chemical, the salt and two filter cleans a year are already in the quote.

The pool that looks fine until it doesn't

Most pools in Surprise don't go bad in one day. A skimmer basket packs with leaves and the pump starts pulling air. The chemistry drifts a little between visits. A filter loads up with oils and dirt and the flow slows down, which you only notice once the water goes dull.

The usual pool service pattern makes it worse. You get a base price, then a line for chemicals, then a line for the filter clean, and the bill never matches the number you were quoted. David Boon wrote that the all-in price was what kept him: no surprise costs for extra chemicals or filter cleanings.

If you've been burned by a route driver who showed up on a different day every week and left no word on what he did, the problem is the pattern, not you.

What happens on your day

Your technician comes the same day every week and works the pool in the same order. Surfaces get brushed, floating debris gets skimmed, and the skimmer and pump baskets get emptied so water moves the way the pump expects it to. Chemical levels are tested and adjusted, and Mountain Ridge covers all of the chemicals and the salt, so you never get a separate bill for them.

The equipment gets a look every visit: pump, filter, and the pad around them. When the pool needs it, the technician vacuums, and backwashes a sand filter. Cartridge and DE filters are cleaned twice a year as part of the quote, which lines up with cleaning them at least every six months. If yours loads up faster, Nathan will say so and quote the extra clean before you pay for it.

After the visit you get a text on how the pool looked, what was done and what may be needed next. A courtesy text for arrival time comes first, which is why David Comas wrote that Nathan is always on time.

Fifty weeks, no contract, and a way out

Service runs 50 weeks a year. There is no visit the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, and when a federal holiday lands on your day your technician arranges a make-up visit. Each technician lives in Surprise, Peoria, Waddell or Buckeye, so a last-minute call about a green corner or a noisy pump gets a quick answer.

There is no contract. Service is month to month and you can cancel anytime, which means the only reason to stay is that the pool looks right every week. We don't publish a monthly price because it depends on the pool; send photos to (480) 382-6282 and the quote is usually back the same day.

A pool that has already gone green needs a one-time recovery before weekly service can keep it right. That's what Green to Clean is for, and Filter Cleaning covers the extra cleans if your pool needs more than two a year.
