One-time recovery
Green to Clean, from swamp back to swimmable
A one-time reset for a pool that got away from you: chemical treatment and balance, a drain, a chlorine bath and an acid wash. Quotes vary with the pool, so send photos first.
How a pool gets this far
Nobody plans a green pool. A vacancy, a rental that changed hands, a season of putting it off, or a pump that quit while you were away is enough. In the Surprise heat the water turns quickly, the walls go slick, and the filter clogs with whatever the algae leaves behind.
By that point, topping up chlorine rarely works on its own. The filter can't keep up with what the algae leaves behind, and the water won't hold its balance long enough for a store-bought fix to finish the job.
The photo on this page is a Green to Clean "before" pool. If yours looks like it, a few photos to Nathan is the fastest way to find out what the recovery involves.

A swamp-green pool before a Green to Clean recovery
Four steps, in this order
First comes a chemical treatment and balance, so the water is dealt with before anything else moves. Then the pool is drained, a chlorine bath works the surfaces, and an acid wash finishes the job on whatever the bath didn't lift.
Equipment is part of the job. Your technician checks the pump, the filter and the baskets while the pool is down, because a green pool usually takes a filter with it. If the filter needs a deep clean, we follow up with Filter Cleaning, and replacements are quoted as a separate Repairs and Upgrades job with options and pricing communicated first.
Because the work depends on how far gone the water is, there isn't one flat price. Photos by text or email let us quote the same day; otherwise Nathan inspects the pool and tests the water in person before anything starts.
Keeping it from going green again
A recovery only lasts if the next week is handled. For pools in Surprise, Peoria, Waddell and Buckeye the natural next step is weekly service, because the same day every week means the water gets brushed and balanced before algae can take hold again.
Weekly service includes every chemical, the salt and two filter cleans a year in one monthly quote, and there is no contract, so you can stop whenever you like.
Watch for the early signs: water that looks dull at the steps, a slick feel on the walls, or a filter gauge that keeps climbing. Call (480) 382-6282 or text a photo and your technician will tell you if it's a quick fix or time for a reset.
Text or email photos of the pool to (480) 382-6282 and Nathan can usually quote the same day. Quotes for recovery vary because every green pool is different.
