Equipment pad
Pool repairs and upgrades, priced before the work
Motors, salt cells, filters, water levelers and time clocks, replaced by the same local team that services the pool. You hear the options and the price first, and nobody pushes.
Which noise, which leak, which part?
Equipment problems rarely announce themselves clearly. A motor starts to whine before it quits. A salt cell stops making what the pool needs, so the water chemistry slides no matter how much you add. An automatic water leveler sticks and the pool floods or runs low, and a time clock drifts until the pump runs at the wrong hours.
Most owners in Surprise can tell something is off but not what, and they dread the call because they expect to be sold something. David Boon phoned about equipment that wasn't seeming to work that well, and what he remembers is that he was never made to feel dumb for asking.

What Mountain Ridge replaces and cleans
The list is specific: motor replacements, salt cell cleaning, replacement or conversion, filter replacements, water leveler replacements and time clock replacements. Replumbing is available too, for above-ground plumbing only.
Mountain Ridge also sells parts, including baskets, pool equipment and toys, so a cracked skimmer basket doesn't need a trip across the Valley. Quotes vary with the part and the pool, and every quote starts the same way: Nathan or your technician explains what's wrong, lists the options with pricing, and waits for your call.
That is also why a quick filter issue may end up as Filter Cleaning rather than a new filter. The cheaper fix comes up first when it will do the job.
After the repair, the weekly check
New equipment still needs eyes on it. On weekly service, your technician looks over the pump, filter and pad every visit, so a small leak or a weak seal gets caught while it is still a small fix. David Boon had his repairs done and then kept Mountain Ridge for weekly service.
The monthly quote covers every chemical, the salt and two filter cleans a year, with no contract and no surprise lines added later. You can stop anytime, and the text after each visit tells you how the pool performed and what may be needed, so you can see whether the repair is holding.
Not sure whether something needs fixing? Call (480) 382-6282 or send a photo of the equipment pad, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a repair, a cleaning or nothing at all. For a pool in Peoria, Waddell or Buckeye, the same local team handles the visit.
"They never made me feel dumb for asking questions and were honest about what needed to be fixed and done to maintain my pool." David Boon, Google review.
